AI startup CEOs describe how they personally use AI tools

He reported asking the AI for a first draft of a proposal related to a hyperscaler product launch and receiving it in about a minute instead of waiting weeks for a human-written draft. - Daniel Yanisse, cofounder and CEO of Checkr, described using AI from an engineer’s perspective and said he "vibe codes." He said Checkr has designated "AI solutions engineers" to help nontechnical staff, and mentioned tools he recommends at different skill levels: Lovable for beginners, Replit for intermediate users, Cursor for engineers, and interest in adding ClaudeCode.
